Our Terms and Conditions for sales via our on-line Product-Catalog

1. Payment - We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged the "Our Price" per item ordered plus any shipping costs and sales tax if your billing address is in our state. You are charged when the item is shipped to you.
2. Shipping - We try and ship all orders received before 5 PM EST out the same day. There is no charge for ground shipping. Overnight service is available at "ground rates". "Ground Rates" is the cost difference between ground and overnight rates.
3. Limited Availability - If an item you order is not in stock, we will not process your order until we confirm the item's delivery status with you. You may cancel your order if the delivery status of a backordered item is not satisfactory.
4. Sales Policy - All sales submitted on the web site are final.
5. Defective Items - Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
   • You must contact us and get an RMA#.
   • All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
   • Defective software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
   • Some hardware items may only be returned for replacement and not for refund.
   • Special orders may not be returned.
   • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
   • Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
6. Warranty - We honor all manufacturer's warranties and will help you if you run into a product defect.
7. Order Cancellations - We reserve the right to cancel a sale or to issue an RMA for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.
8. System Availability - We make every effort to maintain 100% system availability, however, we are not responsible for orders that are not accepted or processed due technical difficulties.
